We teach The Talks That Save Lives, and the last question we ask is "What are your reasons for staying?"

We are collecting reasons for staying, and they will be part of a collaboration book to support the Teen Suicide Prevention Society.  In support of our mission, we are requesting you fill out this form if you would like to share your reasons with the world.

Your name and contact information will not be included in the book, we only ask for it, so we can keep you informed of the book's release.  You have the option to remain anonymous with your submission.
